Nice job!! I bet this was really painstaking to put together but I think it looks really cool! Halopedia does indeed put him in his mid/late 40's; but it does state cryo can either slow down or completely halt cell aging. It's possible physically he may have more in common with someone in their late 30's. However, with all the wear and tear, it might age him a bit anyways. I get why some people aren't in favor of stuff like this, but y'know what? I don't mind when people try to unmask the chief. In a way, that's kind of what 343 is doing with their new trilogy--showing us the more human side of him. He's not just a super awesome war machine. He's a person. People have names and faces. They aren't blank ideals we can all relate to and imagine ourselves being. And I thought they did a wonderful job with Halo 4. I've had three adventures with Master Chief. Pretty excited to have a few new ones with "John." But anyways, good job!! This is awesome!
I'm sure this was hard to do, so good work and all; however, a lot of Halo fans would prefer people don't do things like this. In all honesty, most of us don't want to see John's face. His character is so distinguished and unique, he's instantly recognizable and relatable without his face ever being shown. He's somebody that's been extremely loved over the last 11 years just how he is and, personally, I'd be perfectly okay with either his face never being shown or shown at the end of Halo 6, his last appearance.
